JAPANESE FOODS

In my view, Thai food is different from Japanese food. Although Thai food and Japanese food both come from Asia, they certainly have differences in influence, main ingredients, flavor, and presentation, making each of them unique.

Thai food is well known all over the world. They are having strong aromatic components as well as spiciness. They are usually a fusion of five different tastes: sweet, salty, sour, bitter, and spicy. Chili and coconut milk are important and always added to foods.

There are many kind of Thai food such as noodle (Phad Thai), salad (Somtam) and curry (Thai green curry). All of them also popular and well known in the world. My favorite food is Phad Thai and it exemplifies the Thai people ability to combine ingredients into extremely flavorful dishes that are as distinctively Thai as Thai culture. Phad Thai is a favorite among the Thai people, and there are almost as many variations on the dish as there are people who know how to make it. Main ingredients of Phad Thai are noodles, fish sauce (nam pla), and egg, without these ingredients the dish would not be phad Thai. At this point, the variety of the recipes for the dish expresses itself, and ingredients can vary from person to person, but the result is almost always the same, an extremely tasty dish from basic ingredients. Some of the common things used in the recipe include, but are no limit to are chili powder, bean sprouts, tofu, lime, garlic, vinegar, peanut oil, peanut, and a meat such as shrimp, or chicken. These ingredients will be combine in a wok, and become one homogenously flavored dish that is tastier by the sum of its parts. This famous, and unique dish is just one of many incredible dishes that Thai cuisine has to offer, but it is a favorite among Thai people for a reason; it is one of the tastiest dishes that a cuisine consist of sumptuous flavors has to offer. If you have a chance to come to Thailand, I suggest you to try Phad Thai. It’s wonderful dish.
