It is my pleasure to visit Japan. I like Japan. I am really enjoy Japanese food especially Tempura-Japanese Fried snack.
A main dish among the Japanese cuisine is tempura. Tempura is made from various ingredients such as seafood, vegetables, or fish which are coated in a batter of flour and water then fried. Every vegetable can be made for tempura. The size of the piece has to be able to be eaten in one bite and even when it is fried, but it is not to be oily. The following are some of the most popular varieties of tempura pieces including Ebi (shrimp/prawn), Sakana (fish), Nasu (eggplant), Kinoko (mushrooms), Kabocha (pumpkin) and Satsumaimo (sweet potato). Look at the past, Japanese acquired the method of making batter by added flour and eggs from Portuguese. In those days, Tempura in Nagasaki was fried batter in lard, because of cooking oil is expensive. The ingredients of batter are flour, eggs, sugar, salt and sake. The taste of tempura is heavy, so they eat without sauce. After that, tempura has developed over the centuries into a popular Japanese dish both internal and external of Japan. Moreover Japanese people served as household dish and can be prepared in various ways. Before you eat tempura, you have to consider one important thing. That is eating each piece of tempura. Japanese people believe that the taste of tempura would be increase from the front toward the back. Tempura is more delicious when you consume while it is hot. One more, Tentsuyu is sauce for Tempura. It is really importance sauce when we eat Tempura. It is made tempura more flavor. It is made from boiling broth, soy sauce, mirin, or added ground ginger for tastily. It is really importance to taste tempura in Japan. If a have one more chance to visit Japan. The first think I have to do is eating Tempura. I hope you will enjoy like me.
