The art of food
JAPANESE FOODS
13.09.2017
Through this article I would to show my impression about Japanese food during my tour in Japan 2017.
The first thing that I appreciate the most about Japanese food is decoration. I am a person that don’t like to try taste anything new food but after I went to Japan for three times my eating habit have been change a lot. Even I hate vegetable a lot but start to eat them after I saw their attraction. Even the small thing but Japanese people design it into attraction way. It is the art of food that I really proud of Japanese people. The food color and food decoration of Japanese food made me forgot that I hate vegetable the most. I remember after I try some kinds of Japanese cuisine the first time in 2015 I start changing my eating. After that my daily food don’t have only meat anymore it start having green or yellow color of vegetable on my table.
Other thing is packaging. During my time in Japan I have seen many type of product packaging when I buy the food. I like “Bento” the most because I can get many type of food with different style in only one box. I like their design and decorate on packaging. It convenience and very attractive because it not heavy, easy carry and get many types of food that provide enough energy for us. Some product when we look at first we may think it simple but after carry it we realize some points like convenience for using, environmental caring and smart design.
The last thing is hygiene. I can say that I am very comfortable when eating Japanese food even it raw fish or meat or fresh vegetable. I never get stomachache when I ate it. One among my favorite Japanese food is “SASHIMI”. I never worry about my stomach after I ate it because of I believe hygiene of Japanese food.
During I joint Japanese Food Industry Tour 2017 I had many experience with many kind of Japanese food. Beside from Sushi, Sashimi, meso and gyoza that I have been known before this time I have known more food like OKONOMIYAKI, Kyoto traditional style (Tofu), Tempura and Japanese traditional sweet call Ohagi. All of these foods are very delicious that I had already tried and want to recommend to people who have a chance to visit Japan.
Last but not least, I want to say that “I really like Japanese Food”. I believe that if you start to look into three points as I mention above and try some food as I describe in this article you will think as mine too.
