Japanese food is a one popular food in Thailand, there came many years ago began with Sushi include sweet egg, crab stick, shrimp etc. when I 12 year that first time for Japanese food, the rice roll whit seaweed and crab stick it delicious I love it make me positive about Japanese food. Currently Japanese food there is common in Thailand and another country, why Japanese food is popular I think first thing is Japanese food look like healthy food such as eat a little meat, have a many vegetable in there. Second Japanese food be punctiliously about process or cooking and very simply that create the unique food style and some food has story about ingredient or cooking. The simply one is Sashimi, raw fish or seafood I like it also.

Ramen is the Japanese food that I favored because I like noodle and soup. Surely Japanese has a many Ramen the most favored is Tonkotsu Ramen. Other Ramen Japanese has another kind of noodle, Soba the thin brown noodles containing buckwheat flour and Udon the thick wheat noodles. Soba and Udon are the main traditional noodles eaten as a standalone, and usually not with a side dish.

The traditional Japanese sweet use most ingredient is red bean paste in deserts such as
Mochi, jelly, cake, ice cream etc. About ice cream, green tea is a very popular flavor. Almost all
manufacturers product a version of it. Dorayaki, sweet pancakes filled with a sweet red bean paste it
very popular for children. The famous desert that popular in japan come from Hokkaido, northern in
japan include chocolate, cake, cookies.

Japanese beverages first thing that everyone said “Tea” Green tea good test and benefit, the
tea used in the Japanese tea ceremony. Sake is a brewed rice beverage that typically contains 15%-
17% alcohol it made from fermentation of rice, water, koji, and yeast by the traditional process.

About table setting Thailand and Japanese there are different, Japanese table setting is like
a set of food it has many kind of food such as bowl of rice, bowl of miso soup, vegetable, fermented
vegetable, raw fish, and some dessert. I think is good because you can enjoy with many kind of food
and individual.
