About my country Thailand there are many popular thing include culture, attraction, convenient and most thing Thai food. So I think everyone know about Thai food, first Thai food is spicy why spicy? Because Thai people favorite intense flavor when eat with steaming rice it will create the perfect test. Second spices and herb ingredient, Thai food use many spices and herd for in gradient and use some technique to cook that make the good flavor in your mount and good for health. About Thai people culture when they eating they have steaming rice and share the main course together.

Massaman
This food locate in southern of Thailand influenced by Malay and Indian cuisine the most commonly made with chicken and massaman curry paste come from spices

Green Curry
The test sweet, which comes from green curry paste and coconut milk. The color comes out creamy mild green, as this color is called in Thai “sweet green”

Tom yum
Hot and sour Thai soup that Popular one in the world and Thailand, “Tom” refers to the boiling process and “Yum” refers to a Thai spicy and sour. Tom yum made from fresh herb ingredients such as lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves, galangal, lime juice, fish sauce, and chili.

Pad-Thai
Made from rice noodle fried with eggs and chopped firm tofu and ingredient for flavored include tamarind pulp, fish sauce, dried shrimp, garlic, red chili pepper and palm sugar. It may also contain fresh shrimp, crab, squid, chicken or other proteins. Served with lime and often chopped roast peanuts
In addition to the main dish, Thailand has many desserts made from natural ingredient include coconut, eggs, beans etc. and there have many history. About the process there has many step and technique to produce.

Bua loi
made from taro root and pumpkin are mixed with rice flour and mold into ball, then boiled and served in coconut milk.

Khao tom mat
The traditional Thai dessert from sticky rice, coconut milk and banana.

Khao niao mamuang
Popular for foreigner, made from sticky rice and coconut milk served with slices of ripe mango.
